Return Eligibility

• You can return unused products in their original condition and packaging within 2 days of receiving them.
• Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on used items or items without original packaging.

Important Note:Upon request, you must provide a video proof showing the product's condition and packaging at the time of return. Failure to do so may result in your return being denied.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hey@garmaish.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll guide you through the process.

Please note: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEMS

Oops, our bad.
If your item is damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, drop us a message within 48 hours of delivery — we’ll make it right, promise.
